Leah Glassman

Leah’s path into physiotherapy began during her time as a varsity swimmer at McGill University, where she completed a degree in Kinesiology. After experiencing a swimming-related injury, she developed a strong interest in rehabilitation and human movement, which led her to pursue a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.

With a strong foundation in Kinesiology, Leah takes a proactive, movement-based approach to care. She focuses on restoring strength, control, and confidence through personalized, goal-oriented treatment.

In addition to physiotherapy, Leah is a certified Pilates instructor and offers private Pilates sessions and personal training. She integrates Pilates principles with manual therapy, strength training, and functional exercise to support recovery, prevent injury, and optimize performance. She also provides home visits for clients who prefer or require care in their own environment.

A lifelong athlete, Leah has competed nationally in swimming and internationally in water polo. Her experience in high-performance sport informs her work with both athletes and active individuals.
